La creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una nova companyia fruit d&#8217;una innovaci\u00f3 radical o disruptiva implica que les caracter\u00edstiques del producte o servei, i fins i tot les del client\/usuari\/consumidor, no estan encara totalment definides i no hi ha un model de negoci provat per fer viable l&#8217;oportunitat. Tres noves eines poden ajudar a desplegar aquest projecte amb una major probabilitat d&#8217;\u00e8xit.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #663300; text-transform: uppercase;\">Jordi Vinaixa. <\/span>PhD, professor d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 i emprenedoria d\u2019ESADE.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<hr style=\"color: #b72126;\" \/>\n<p>El <span style=\"color: #663300;\"><strong>Desenvolupament del Client o <em>Customer Development<\/em><\/strong><\/span> planteja la vida d&#8217;un negoci com un proc\u00e9s evolutiu en el qual es poden distingir quatre etapes, raonablement ben diferenciades: <span style=\"color: #663300;\"><strong>1)<\/strong><\/span> Descobriment del client; <span style=\"color: #663300;\"><strong>2)<\/strong><\/span> Validaci\u00f3 del client;<span style=\"color: #663300;\"><strong> 3)<\/strong><\/span> Escalat de la demanda; i <span style=\"color: #663300;\"><strong>4)<\/strong> <\/span>Organitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;empresa.<\/p>\n<p>El <span style=\"color: #663300;\"><strong><em>Business Model Canvas<\/em> (BMC)<\/strong> <\/span>descriu el model de negoci en nou blocs: en el bloc central, la &#8220;Proposta de Valor&#8221; (PV), la base ser\u00e0 el producte\/servei del nou projecte; en els tres blocs de la dreta, s\u2019hi inscriuen les activitats relacionades amb &#8220;vendre i lliurar&#8221; la PV al client; i en els tres blocs de l&#8217;esquerra, les activitats, els actius i els socis necessaris per a la &#8220;producci\u00f3&#8221; de la PV. Les activitats relacionades amb &#8220;vendre&#8221; donen lloc al vuit\u00e8 bloc, les fonts dels ingressos. Per la seva banda, les tres accions relacionades amb &#8220;produir&#8221; donen lloc al nov\u00e8 bloc, l&#8217;estructura de costos.
