De quines eines disposa la fam\u00edlia empres\u00e0ria per superar-ho amb \u00e8xit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">JORDI TARRAGONA.<\/span> Conseller de fam\u00edlies empres\u00e0ries, empresari, advocat,<br \/>\nprofessor del grau en Administraci\u00f3 i Direcci\u00f3 d\u2019Empreses (ADE) del campus<br \/>\nManresa de la UVic-UCC, i autor de diversos llibres sobre empresa familiar.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">1.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Consci\u00e8ncia dels perills que assetgen (oblit que el negoci ha de funcionar, confusi\u00f3 de propietat i capacitat, creure que l\u2019ADN fa empresaris, incomunicaci\u00f3, desafecci\u00f3 i sup\u00e8rbia).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">2.<\/span> <\/strong>Coneixement del sistema familiar, de la hist\u00f2ria, de les relacions, dels interessos i dels mandats. La incorporaci\u00f3 (naixements, matrimonis) i la desaparici\u00f3 (divorcis, defuncions) d\u2019integrants reequilibren el sistema.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">3.<\/span> <\/strong>Diagn\u00f2stic de les fortaleses i de les \u00e0rees de millora internes de l\u2019empresa i de la fam\u00edlia, de les seves amenaces i d\u2019oportunitats externes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">4.<\/span> <\/strong>Racionalitat en la presa de decisions, sent conscients del pes de les emocions.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">5.<\/span><\/strong> Empatia en comprendre els leg\u00edtims punts de vista. \u00c9s diferent el barret de propietari, empleat o familiar; i una mateixa persona pot portar-ne de diferents.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">6.<\/span> <\/strong>Definici\u00f3 del model de relacions: qu\u00e8 espera la fam\u00edlia de l\u2019empresa? Qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 disposada a aportar la fam\u00edlia a l\u2019empresa?<strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">7.<\/span> <\/strong>Constituci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia empres\u00e0ria (protocol) establint les normes que han de regir les relacions entre l\u2019empresa i la fam\u00edlia en temes com treball a l\u2019empresa, repartiment de beneficis, liquiditat de participacions o emprenedoria.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #602d11;\"><strong>8.<\/strong> <\/span>Comunicaci\u00f3 entre la fam\u00edlia i l\u2019empresa, i dins de la fam\u00edlia amb relaci\u00f3 als temes presents i futurs de l\u2019empresa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #602d11;\"><strong>9.<\/strong> <\/span>Planificaci\u00f3: un cop sabem on som i on volem anar, cal planificar com es far\u00e0 el cam\u00ed, amb fites, calendari, mitjans, responsables, flexibilitat i plans de conting\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #602d11;\">10.<\/span><\/strong> Estructures, a la mida de les dimensions i les caracter\u00edstiques respectives de l\u2019empresa i de la fam\u00edlia. La sobretaula familiar i l\u2019home o dona orquestra estan molt b\u00e9 en les fases inicials, per\u00f2 a mesura que creixen empresa i fam\u00edlia cal desenvolupar les estructures de govern adequades.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #602d11;\"><strong>Els reptes que s\u2019han de superar per a la continu\u00eftat de l\u2019empresa familiar s\u00f3n previsibles i les eines per superar-los, conegudes.
